Not feeling good enough?
Modern living reminds us on a daily basis that it is important to achieve certain things society deems are valuable. This relates to how we look, what work we do, how much we earn, where we live and what car we drive.
People with high self esteem have greater opportunity to challenge these myths and assumptions and not feel diminished if they don’t have what society dictates. People with lower self esteem can suffer enormously by constantly comparing themselves to others and feeling they are on an emotional rollercoaster: one minute they feel good and then inferior and depressed.
Developing a healthy self-esteem and sense of personal worth, regardless of material measures, is essential for psychological and emotional health. This will liberate you to create the life you want.
